no there is no work done because when we push a wall, it doesn't change its place and thus displacement becomes zero. if displacement becomes zero, then the work done also becomes zero.

If you push a wall then the work is not done. Cause work is said to be done only when a net displacement occurs. And by pushing the wall the wall does not move that is why, we can't say that work is done.
