you see a lot of people in your locality dumping garbage and litter in one of the empty plots in the area this leads to a serious condition of flies bacteria and other germs more over stray animals like cows dogs also worsen the situation and the place has turn into a mess ? find a solution for this?causes of these problems?

first thing we have to do is making the people aware of this. we have to conduct campaigns,rallies etc..proper waste management system should be adopted like bio gas plants.
