Esteemed sir ,
I ( xyz ) was recently admitted in this hospital due to leg injury . I was hoping for a good treatment there . I was hoping for a good sanitary system and one hygienic environment but couldn't get any which was really unsatisfactory.There was no caring environment as it was expected . The care takers were not taking proper care of the patients.It was seeming like they are just doing it for the sake of their jobs only.The beds were also in a improper condition which could breed germs.The sanitary system of the hospitals should be in a good condition because there are many patients using it , the germs can spread which will affect many people there .All these problems should be taken care.
I hope for a necessary action towards all these problem to satisfy the expectations of the patients.
