city. There was a big Chaos on the road as people were trying to to overtake each
other, many vehicles had broken down leading to a serpentine queue. Write a report in

Respected ______ of ______, as you may know there has been seveer traffic jam in our area from yesterday due to rainfall. There also were few car accidents, but we didn't saw a single traffic officer on our way. If actions not taken, this might be more fatal
