your class monitor is in charge of checking students for proper school uniform and often penalises them when they are fault. however you notice that he/she her/himself often wear different types of socks and belts instead of the one which are part of the school uniform.

It will not be easy complaining to the monitor as he will feel his authority bypassed. If he were mature, he would not wear the wrong socks himself. So I will have to face some difficulty.
