(i) List of activities included in a blood donation camp in the housing society -

1. Organize place for to accommodate at least 6 stalls for donating blood. Place - either parking, terrace, or function hall in the terrace.

2. Set up 6 sets of tables and chairs. 1 foldable cot with pillow and bedsheet.

3. Cleaning and dusting of the finalized place for the camp.

4. Putting up a notice on the bulletin board and distribution of pamphlets.

5. Keep any emergency required medicines and a doctor from the society ready at hand.

(ii) Planning the budget -

1. Place organization, cleaning, and labour - Rs. 5000/-.

2. Renting of 6 sets of tables and chair for blood donation - Rs. 6000/-.

3. Complimentary juice and biscuit packets for blood donators - Rs. 5000/-.

4. Printing of pamphlets - Rs. 1000/-.

5. Organize lunch for the society members and the camp volunteers - Rs. 20,000/-. 

6. Extra medicines, miscellaneous - Rs. 2000/-.
