Heya user !!!

Here's the answer you are looking for

your mom say to calculate your pocket money multiply your age by itself and then double it if your age is x years write an algerbic expression representing your pocket money

Your age is x.

And your pocket money is ageultiplied to itself then doubling it.

Age multiplied to itself means x multiplied to itself that is x, which becomes (x)*(x) = x²

Then double it, means multiplying 2 to what you got after multiplying your age to itself, which becomes 2 × x² = 2x²

Therefore, the algebraic expression for your pocket money is 2x².

question -

your mom say to calculate your pocket money multiply your age by itself and then double it if your age is x years write an algerbic expression representing your pocket money with process.

solution -

Your age = x

Pocket money = AGE MULTIPLIED TO ITSELF AND THEN DOUBLING IT.

Age multiplied to itself means x multiplied to itself = x × x = x²

Then double it, that is to multiply 2 after what you got after multiplying the age to itself => 2 × x² = 2x²

So, the algebraic expression formed for finding the pocket money is 2x²
