I will suggest house near the park because house near the roadside may lead to noise pollution due to traffic in roads and air pollution due to smoke . but if house is near the park then its good because air is fresh and no noise pollution.

I'll prefer to buy the house near the park because the environment and the atmosphere is healthier in terms of hygiene and society because the air will be pure as compared to the roadside because of the emissions caused by the constantly moving vehicles. The trees will give out pure oxygen and hence the air will be constantly purified. In terms of society, people who come to the park will be of good houses and the atmosphere will be friendly. You'll get to socialise more and will improve your social skills. So living near the park will be more beneficial.
