 {2}^{x} = {2}^{2y} = {2}^{3z}
x = 2y = 3z

Now, given that
 \frac{1}{2x} + \frac{1}{4y} + \frac{1}{4z} = 4

 \frac{1}{2x} + \frac{1}{4 (\frac{x}{2} )} + \frac{1}{4( \frac{x}{3}) } = 4

 \frac{1}{2x} + \frac{1}{2x} + \frac{3}{4x} = 4

 \frac{1}{x} + \frac{3}{4x} = 4

 \frac{7}{4} = 4x

x = \frac{7}{16}
