because there are many such cases where girls suffered with many problems... they are not able to tell because they are blackmailed by the people who has done very wrong with them... and police is doing there best but they are also in pressure of there upper posted officers.... and many of police r doing but if they r not getting any proof against that people they close that file and they relief that people so common people cannot do anything against them....
