Given :

AP and AQ are tangents to the circle .

<POQ = 110° ,

<OPA = <OPA = 90°

( Since , Radius is perpendicular to the

tangent at point of contact )

In Quadrilateral POQA ,

<POQ + <OPA + <OQA + <PAQ = 360°

110° + 90° + 90° + <PAQ = 360°

290° + <PAQ = 360°

<PAQ = 360° - 290°

<PAQ = 70°

Option ( b ) is correct .
