1 of the limitation of Newland's Law of Octaves was that, the law was applicable only up to calcium as after calcium every 8th element didn't possess the property of the 1st. But, Newland ended at thorium. How is that possible??

Because, newland arranged the elements according to increasing atomic masses..
And, this was the limitation of newland's law of octaves that after calcium elements do not possess similar property that of the first..
