 {p}^{2} = 6q \\ q =   \frac{ {p}^{2} }{6}  \\  { \frac{ {p}^{2} }{6} } - p  = 3 \\  \frac{ {p}^{2}  - 6p}{6}  = 3 \\  {p }^{2}  - 6p = 18 \\  {p}^{2}  - 6p - 18 = 0 \\
