Left-hand side column is the spending from your Wallet (100 rupees).
so it should add up to 100 that is true in this case.

In Right-hand side, we have the remaining amount. Which is left after spending some part. It should not necessarily add up to your initial balance. 
For example look If you have 10 rupees
