Well, now a day there are various issues which needs serious attention to solve at the elementary education level
1) Lack of basic infrastructure: There are various schools which have lack of basic infrastructure like they don't have the chairs nor have proper buildings in the rural areas . Government need to increase the budget for education in order to solve this problem.
2) Lack of quality teachers: one of the major issue is lack of quality teachers who are unable to properly polish the students at this level. The simplest solution of this issue is the hiring of quality teachers only
3) Lack of drinking water: This is one of the major issue relating to health as the safe drinking water is not available in schools . There should be RO plants installed for having the save water.
4)Fees some time high fees forced the poor children to drop out of the school as the parents can;t afford the fees . There is simple solution for this and that the fees should be lower or zero for the needy one's.

- Appointing ladies educators;
- Popularizing blended primary schools;
- Opening separate schools for young ladies at the higher essential stage;
- Providing free books and composting materials;
- Providing low maintenance instruction for young ladies in the age-group 11 – 14.

- Providing appropriate comforts for young ladies in schools.
