If the blank spaces can contain sums or differences of the given numbers, then we can find a solution.

EXAMPLE: (11 + 9) + (3) + (7) = 30

OR: (7 + 9) + (1) + (13) = 30

But, again, only one number per space: No Solution

No digits can be repeated. In the bracket/blank space other signs (-,÷,×) can be used.
