Answer:

4^2m=(√8)^2

=> (2^2)^2m=(8^1/2)^2

=> 2^2*2m=(8^1/2*2)

=> 2^4m=8^1

=> 2^4m=*2^3

as the bases are same so,

=>4m=3

=>m=3/4

(3√16)^-6/n=(√8)^2

=> (16^1/3)^-6/n=(8^1/2)^2

=> (16)^1/3*-6/n=(8)^1/2*2

=> (16)^-2/n=8^1

=> (2^4)^-2/n=2^3

=> (2)^4*-2/n=2^3

=> 2^-8/n=2^3

as the bases are same so,

=> -8/n=3

=> n= -8/3

Hence, the value of m is 3/4 and n is -8/3.
