So, perimeter of parallelogram=perimeter of rectangle=2(Length+Breadth).

BC=12cm.

So, Perimeter=2 (Length+Breadth).

=2 (AB+BC).

=2 (16+12).

=2*28.

=56cm.

So, Perimeter of the parallelogram is 56cm.

so, 16,12,16 and 12 are it's dimensions.

Perimeter= 2( l+b)

=2( 16+12)

=2* 28

= 56cm is the perimeter
