there should be -5√2x instead of +5√2x

then,

4x^2-5√2x-3

4x^2-3√2x-2√2x-3

√2x(2√2x-3)-1(2√2x-3)

(√2x-1)(2√2x-3)

MяMαgıcıαη: take+ 6 root 2x and - root2x for splitting the middle term . you will get the answer.
