This is simple logic my friend
Let's do it!
first of all given is 4x+5y=40
where x=5 & y=4.
here in the given equation, 4x is x-axis and 5y is y-axis.

Now,Let's substitute x and y in the given equation
4 (5)+5 (4) =40
20 + 20 = 40

therefore, x-axis=20 & y-axis= 20.
now let's take x-axis as Base of the triangle and y-axis as height of the triangle.

As ar (triangle) = 1/2 x b×h.
= 1/2 × 20×20
= 1/2 × 40
= 40/2 = 20 cm or m Sq.

Hope this helps you my friend
