(5/3)^-2 (5/3)^-3=(5/3)^8x
=(3/5)^2 (3/5)^3= (5/3)^8x ( as power is negative we have to inverse them to get positive power)
=2+3=8x ( bases are same so we should equate the powers)
5=8x
5/8=x
