let the digit in units place be y

and the digit in 10s place be x

the number is 10x+y

according to the condition

x*y=14

x=14/y -----eqn 1

45+10x+y=10y+x

45+10x-x+y-10y=0

45+9x-9y=0

putting the value of x from 1

45+9*14/y-9y=0

45=9y-126/y

multiplying the whole equation by y we get

45y=9y²-126

9y²-45y-126=0

dividing the whole equation by 9 weget

y²-5y-14=0

y²-7y+2y-14=0

y(y-7)+2(y-7)=0

(y-7)(y+2)=0

y=7 as y cannot be negative

putting the value of y in eqn 1 we get

x=2

the number=10x+y

10*2+7=27
