Given,

n(U) = 210

n(A) = 120

n(B) = 60

n(AUB)' = 45

we know that

n(AUB) = n(U) - n(AUB)'

= 210-45 = 165

and

n(AUB) = n(A) + n(B) - n(AnB)

15165 = 120+60-n(ANB)

n(AnB) = 15.
