As the formula of average force,
Favg=ΔP/t )-After integration of F=dP/dt
=mv2-mv1/t )- t= contact time
=m(v2-v1)/t
=0.25(1.8-(-2)) /0.02
=25×3.8/2
=25×1.9
=47.5 N
