Maximum height for a projectile motion :

H max = u²Sin²Ф / 2g

u = initial velocity of the projection

Ф = Angle of projection at initial velocity

g = acceleration due to gravity.

According goto the question, the range is double the height.

Range = 2{u² Sin²Ф / 2g}

= u²Sin²Ф / g
