A body is thrown vertically upwards and rises to a height 'h' and comes back to the position
of start. Calculate the total distance and displacement of the body.

displacement is the shortest distance covered by the body here the body come back to the original position so the displacement is zero

but

Total distance covered by the body =h+h=2h
