A body moving with uniform acceleration travel 84 and in 6s 264 metres in 11s find the acceleration and the initial velocity of the body ​

84 = u*6 + 1/2 *a* 36              (1)

264 = u*11 + 1/2*a*121             (2)

multiplying first by 11 and by 6 then substracting we get

1584 - 924 = (363-198)*a

thus a = 660/165 = 4 m/s2

putting this in 1 we get

u = 2 m/s
