= Initial velocity ( u ) = 4 m/s
= Final velocity ( v ) = 0 { because the body is Uniform velocity }
= time ( t ) = 2 sec
by using general concept
=>> Force is equal to Change in Momentum .
F = m ( v - u ) ÷ t
F = 2 × ( - 4 ) ÷ 2
F = -4 N .
