the kinetic energy is 100 m/s
and to find out the potential energy first use the 3 equation of motion to find out the displacement and than calculate the potential energy by mgh

u = 10m/s
m = 2 kg
g = 10 m/s^2
v = 0

v^2-u^2 = 2ah
0-100 = 2×-10×h
h = 5 m

K.E at the time of throw
= (1/2)mu^2
= (1/2)×2×(10)^2
= 100 J

P.E at the highest point
= mgh
= 2×10×5
= 100 J
