We know displacement is basically the shortest path travelled by an object so the shortest path from One End of the semi circle to the other end is its Diameter.
So let's find D
WKT, 》D=2r
》D=2d ...... (i) ; r=d meters
Now the actual path traveled or the path length is equal to the circumference of the semicircle
So Cf= 2×22/7×d ......(ii)
Now the Ratio;
》2×22/7×d : 2d
》22/7 or pi
