a cloud is considerd as non living thing even though it can grow and can move . explain why

Clouds don't have consciousness and lack the ability to reproduce and also are not made up of cells hence it is non living

Growth can be in two ways: internal and external. Cloud grows due to accumulation of vapours so the growth is not internal. Also basic unit of life is a cell and cloud does not have a cell…! And not everything that moves is living …. :]
