•Focal length=10cm

•Image distance=20cm

Using sign convention,

F is positive and v is also positive

Therefore, Lens formula,

1/F=1/v-1/u

1/10=1/20–1/u

1/u=1/20–1/10

1/u=(10–20)/200

1/u=-10/200

u=-20

Object distance=20cm(minus indicates that the lens is converging lens)

H1=height of image and H2=height of object

H1/H2=-v/u

H1/2=-20/20

H1=2cm

Therefore, height of image is 2cm.
