Hey mate,...

Here's your answer,...

f=15cm
v=30cm
u=?
using the formula
1/f=1/v+1/u
1/15=1/30+1/u
1/u=1/15-1/30
1/u=1/30
Therefore u=30

hope it's the correct answer,...
hope it helped you

punithlokesh42: Can you do onc ed again
punithlokesh42: Just tell me that in convex lens f is positive and V what shall I take tell me fast
punithlokesh42: Hello
vhpsharitha: hi
vhpsharitha: v should be positive only
vhpsharitha: And what I have done is correct bcos convex lens is nothing but concave mirror
vhpsharitha: cancel lens and concave mirror have same properties as convex lens
punithlokesh42: I have one doubt you just say in convex lens the image formation and object placed Is both are at the right side then V and U should be negative only know I mean when the object is placed between F and Origin the image will be formed behind the 2F1
vhpsharitha: No, I didn't mean like that
vhpsharitha: anyways if u want u can report my rather than extending the issue
