a =  \frac{ 0- 15}{0.05}  =  - 300m \: per \:  {second}^{2} \\ now \: mass \:  = 0.2kg \\ f = m \times a \\ f =  - 300 \times 0.2 =  - 60 \: newtons

m=200mg or 0.2 kg
v= 15m/s
t=0.05s
we know that F=ma
so,F=0.2*v/t
F=0.2*15/0.05=60N
