Let the side of the triangle a,b and c be 3x,4x,5x

Perimeter =144 m

∴3x+4x+5x=144

⇒12x=144

⇒x=12

Thena=12×3=36m

b=4×12=48m

c=5×12=60

Then s=

a+b+c

=

2

36+48+60

=

144

=72

∴ Area of the triangle=

s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)

72(72−36)(72−48)(72−60)

72×36×24×12

=864 m
