Fresh milk having pH of 6 when left to stay for 50 minutes, the pH is likely to get lowered.
What happens is that the milk will become sour after this time. This because milk normally has lactose which when exposed to air changes to lactic acid because of being oxidized.
Thus the net effect is that the pH is likely to be more acidic.
