Quantity of B in the mixture = 60 × 1/3 = 20 liters
Let the quantity of B added to the mixture be x
40/20 + x = 1/2
20 + x = 2 × 40
20 + x + 80
x = 80 - 20
x = 60
Quantity of B in the mixture = 60 × 1/3 = 20 liters
Let the quantity of B added to the mixture be x
40/20 + x = 1/2
20 + x = 2 × 40
20 + x + 80
x = 80 - 20
