it is given that,
diameter of semicircular sheet=28 cm
as per question, the diameter of semicircular sheet= circumference of the base of cone

then, circumference = 2×22/7×r
r=28×7/2×22
= 4.4 cm


volume of cone = 1/3×22/7×4.4^2×h
h= 3×7/22×19.36
therefore, h= 18.48
