A sheet of paper and a stone was dropped from the first floor of a building together . Which of two will reach the ground first and why ?

If we take the air resistance into account then due to paper's more surface area and less density it will experience more buoyant force and thus have the net acceleration due to gravity reduced. Stone on the other hand will have a less buoyant force and a higher acceleration due to gravity. Hence stone will reach first.
However if both of them are dropped in vacuum then due to absense of air resistance they both will experience the same acceleration due to gravity and reach the ground at the same time.
