Radius of hemisphere = radius of cylinder= 7 cm
Height of cylinder= 13 cm - 7 cm = 6 cm
Inner surface area of vessel = Curved surface area of hemisphere part
=>2πrh+2πr^2
=>2πr( h+ r)
=>2*22/7*7(6+7)
=>572cm^2
