A wire is in the form of a circle of radius 28cm. It is straightened and bent into the form of a square.What is the length of the side of the square?

Length of wire = Circumference of circle

=> 2 π r

=> 2 * 22/7 * 28

=> 176 cm..........( 1 )

Now,

Perimeter of square = length of wire

=> 4 s = 176

∴ Side = 176/4

= 44...........ANS
