Strain = Stress/ Youngs modulus

Stress  = Force / Area

           = 10 N/ (pi x r x r)

           = 10/(3.14 x 0.001^2)

           = 3,184,713.37 N/m^2

Strain = 3,184,713.37/ (2 x 10^8)

Strain = 0.01592 m or 15.92 mm
