Right to equality-giving equal respect and no person should be exploitated because of his sex,race,colour,caste,etc. Right to Freedom and speech and expression-everyone has the right to speak anything under rules and regulations. Right against exploitation-no one is forced to do a small job or to do begging.

Fundamental Rights are found in the part III of the constitution. These are justifiable The citizens can seek protection from the High court or Supreme court. These are the previkages in existence for the citizens to enjoy.These are certain kinds of restriction on the state .These aim to establish political democracy. Their scope is limited as they are concerned with individuals rights.
