we feel cool because our body has been done some work without any rest and we also was not having any fan for giving us cool air and our skin sweating continuously

After playing our body becomes warm and starts sweating, when we come under the fan the wind takes away the moisture around us and the sweat takes up heat from our body and vaporizes leaving our body cool and we feel comfortable when our body temperature reaches to the normal range.
