all tourists are travellers because they only roam all the tourist attractions. The tourists purpose is to visit new places. But all travellers are not tourists because some go in search of jobs and to participate in several competitions, tournaments, business purposes etc.

All the tourists are travelers but all the travelers are not tourists.
- Tourists and travelers are regarded as people who roam around and travel to various places.
- The term 'traveler' is used to define a person who travels to different locations and takes up long journey routes.
- A traveler can be in their homeland or state of permanent residency and travel to different parts of their indigenous land.
- Whereas the term 'tourist' is used to define a person who temporarily travels to regions that are not situated in their homeland.
- Therefore all tourists are considered travelers but all travelers are not considered tourists.
Hence, the statement All the tourists are travelers but all the travelers are not tourists have been justified.
