bcz when a person is sitting over the maat he applies a force of mg over the meet due to which it becomes more difficult to drag it

Becoz when someone sits on the mat it's overall weight that has to drag increases as the weight of the person sitting on it also adds up
and then U have to apply more force to drag the mat with a person sitting on it than a simple mat(no one sitting on it)
