Are America’s schools truly desegregated?

Kind of...but not really. From my experience in American schools there are always those school which are more than 50% white. There’s also those schools which are nicknamed as “rich white kid” schools and “ poor minorities” school. For example, what the school district does is draw zones in neighborhoods saying that this neighborhood goes to this school and the like. Most of the time, rich neighborhoods get the best schools with better funding. Most of that time these rich neighborhoods had a lot of white kids who get the better schools. But there are still minorities in those school, but those kids are usually ignored by the white kids. In my opinion, it’s better than what it was in the 1900s, but segregation is still a problem.
