As Chief Librarian of Delhi Public Library, put up notice informing members about the change in winter timings effective from 1st oct2020 to 1st april 2021. the timings have been changed from 7 am to 9 am (morning) and 6 pm to 8 pm (evening) to 8 am to 10 am (morning) and 5 pm to 7 pm (evening).

Attention : All Library Members
Keeping in view the current weather conditions of extreme cold and forecast also, the library has revised the timings. The library will start late about an hour. New timings will be 8 am to 10 am (morning) and 5 pm to 7 pm (evening). Timings shall be effective from 1st oct2020 to 1st april 2021.
The members are advised to adhere these timings till further notice and wear warm clothes to stay safe in this cold weather
