Answer:
we need to find the value of x and y in both the equation.
5x+7y+2=0 .............(1)
4x+6y+3=0 .............(2)
by elimination method,
5x+7y+2=0
5x= -2-7y
x=(-2-7y)/5 ......................(3)
we got the value of x from equation(1)
now put the value of x obtained from eqn (1) in eqn(2)
4x+6y+3=0
[4(-2-7y)]/5 +6y+3=0
[-8-28y]/5 +6y= -3
{-8-28y+30y}/5 = -3
{-8+2y}=-3 * 5
-8+2y = -15
2y= -15+8
2y= -7
y=-7/2= -3.5
now put the value ofy in eqn(3)
x=(-2-7y)/5
x=(-2-7 * 7)/2 * 5
x=(-2-49)/10
x(-51)/10=-5.1
hence, x = -5.1 y= -3.5
