Napthalene is highly insoluble in water while ammonium chloride is not.
You can add distilled water to the mixture to dissolve the ammonium chloride and then add a non-polar solvent to dissolve the napthalene. Then you separate the layers and wash them with either water or the non-polar solvent depending if its the aqueous layer or not. Then you evaporate them down to recover the products.
